Privacy policy
Last updated 4 November 2026
Trafficwise, a product of Source For Income (“we”), helps creators plan and promote their digital products. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email normbuckingham@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, first name and a securely hashed password.
- What you tell us: your intake answers about your product, audience and preferences.
- What we create for you: plans, calendars, emails, searches, reply drafts and pin details.
- If you connect Pinterest: your Pinterest username, an access token (stored encrypted) and the IDs of pins you post through Trafficwise. We only request permission to read your boards and create pins.
- Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To provide Trafficwise: generating your plan, finding conversations, writing drafts and posting pins you choose to post.
- To keep your account secure and the service working.
- We never sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.
- We only post to Pinterest when you click to post. We never post on your behalf otherwise.
Services we use
- Supabase (database and sign-in) stores your account and content.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Anthropic (Claude) processes your intake answers and searches to generate content. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
- Pinterest, only if you connect your account.
- Public community sites (such as Bluesky, Lemmy, Stack Exchange and public forums) are searched for public posts relevant to your niche.
Your choices
- You can disconnect Pinterest at any time from any Pinterest day in your plan, which deletes the stored token.
- You can ask us to export or delete your account and data by emailing us. We’ll do it within 30 days.
Keeping data safe
Data is sent over encrypted connections, each user can only access their own records, and third-party tokens are encrypted at rest.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
